The room I stayed in was well-appointed and spotless, it had 2 queen size beds. A microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator were available. The location was good - so close to downtown.

Queen room was the best. Plus we had TV set, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was close to off the beaten path, local restaurants, and Houston for business or pleasure.

The bed in our room was a little hard.

The location was favourable - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The most important was the staff - excellant and best people:)))

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the morning desk person. The common area had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast with options like pancakes and cinnamon buns. Staff members were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

Favourable location in Northwest Houston district short walk to 6th street and city center, Premium Outlets, and stores and food places. Also, close to local restaurants.

Loved every detail about our extra special 2 nights stay here. We got a room with bathtubs. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were a huge plus. Nice location, expressway was close to our hotel. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Northway Shopping Center.

The location was very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to midtown, downtown, and the Toyota Houston center. The reception in the common area was especially nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with clean and well-stocked bathrooms. The breakfast was also good, offering a variety of options to start the day right.

I did notice some issues with the water pressure in the bathroom.

The staff was excellent, very friendly with every request. The position of the hotel was favourable, near everything.
